Karma loves books. She has loved having books read to her
and now in 1st grade she is learning to read.
Karma started out making paper bookmarks for her books and her parents books.

Then she decided to make brass bookmarks with beads.
She looked in Mom's bead catalog and chose the beads she wanted to use.

The original brass bookmark was adorned with Karmas pick.... a ladybug to symbolize "good luck".
A friend has said, "When Karma gives you ‘Good luck’, one would be foolish to turn it down."
Then and there Karma decided that she would use a ladybug for her bookmarks.

These popular gifts are now adorned with one of four charms...
a ladybug for good luck, a heart for love,
a butterfly for good wishes and a flower for beauty.

Karma currently gives half of what she makes to charity
and uses the other half for buying the supplies.
Her favorite charity's are those that feed hungry children
which is a particular concern for Karma.
Why does she do this? Because it is "good Karma" of course!
